How to get access to IRGO

IRGO’S activities are designed to help governments and gaming companies, within EL & WLA and their associated, to maintain workable regulations through offering a variety of tools and services to manage the balance between commercial and CSR issues.

The customers can either;

Be a Subscriber and thereby gain access to the consultancy services, knowledge centre, up-to-date information through a newsletter and the products IRGO offers.

As a subscriber they can at any time contact IRGO for discussions of a special agreement to become a partner.

Small projects can also be performed, by IRGO, but Partners always have priority over subscribers.

Or a Partner, through different levels of partnership, agreed between the partner (gaming company) and IRGO.

The process is defined in a long-time agreement and may contain;

• Responsible Gaming Strategy and Management; With our advanced methodological tools we can assist both in the analysis, risk assessments, goal-setting, action plans and policy
• Conducting social responsibility assessments of new products, programs and initiatives
• assessing the impact of changes or new opportunities in business decisions
• Reviewing and assessing technology and information related to the gambling industry
• Design, delivery, and/or management of services related to responsible gambling
• Arrange different stakeholder events; like seminars, hearings and so on
• Media and Political Relations; help defining the right balance between operation and RG, and how best to communicate the correct message
